Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are committed to delivering exceptional results. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the original service provided and does not cover damage caused by weather conditions or external factors after completion.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

External window cleaning may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions including heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures. We will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related postponements.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Client information is used solely for service provision, scheduling, and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Modifications to Terms
